Sourdough Corn Bread

  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal

Mix starter, oil and egg. Sift together the dry ingredients and add to sourdough mixture. Mix well until blended. Pour into an 8-inch greased square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
