Cinnamon Buns

Cinnamon Buns

  • Dissolve:
    • 2 pkgs. yeast in
    • 1 cup lukewarm milk
  • Stir in 1 cup bread flour.
  • Cover this sponge and let rise in a warm place until it is light - about 1/2 hour.
  • Beat until soft: 1 cup butter (or margarine)
  • Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually
  • Blend until light and creamy.
  • Beat in 3 eggs - one at a time
  • Add:
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    • 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
