Here are a few recipes that I particularly like. Please note that here at our house in Casper, Wyoming, the elevation is approximately 5,610 feet, so high-altitude adjustments have been made to the appropriate recipes.

The usual abbreviations are used in the recipes:

• tsp: teaspoon (tsps. plural)
• Tblsp: tablespoon (Tblsps. plural)
